1. Order Cancellations

2. Returns & Replacements

  • Accepted for damaged, defective, or wrong items.
  • Request within 3 days of delivery; keep original packaging and invoice.
  • Refund/replacement after inspection of returned item(s).

3. Refunds

  • Processed to original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Bank processing times may vary.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non‑refundable.

4. Non‑Refundable Items

  • Change‑of‑mind after delivery.
  • Damage due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Customized/personalized or perishable items (if applicable).

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If not received after 10 business days from our confirmation, check with your bank/payment provider; then contact us with your order details.
