We ship across India via trusted courier partners. International shipping is not available.

2. Order Processing

Processing time: 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders on weekends/public holidays process next working day.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days depending on location. Metro deliveries are typically faster; delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are shown at checkout. 

5. Tracking

We share tracking details by email/SMS after dispatch. Track on the courier’s website/app.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If delivery fails due to incorrect address/unavailability/refusal, the package may return to us. Re‑shipping charges may apply.

7. Delays & Liability

We are not responsible for courier delays, weather events, or other force‑majeure circumstances. Our liability ends upon handover to the courier in good condition.
