1. Order Cancellations

- Accepted for damaged, defective, or wrong items.
- Request within 3 days of delivery; keep original packaging and invoice.
- Refund/replacement after inspection of returned item(s).
3. Refunds
- Processed to original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Bank processing times may vary.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non‑refundable.
4. Non‑Refundable Items
- Change‑of‑mind after delivery.
- Damage due to misuse or improper handling.
- Customized/personalized or perishable items (if applicable).
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If not received after 10 business days from our confirmation, check with your bank/payment provider; then contact us with your order details.
