Description
Upskilling women through making upcycled items that support their work from home and reduce textile waste. These casserole carriers are made from post consumer textile waste. A simple yet effective product to carry any shape/size casserole or dish in style and keep it warm or cool. Women who know basic sewing are engaged in upskilling to produce items that are marketable, usable and have potential to give them a sustained income. This piece is a product of project SASHAKT that is currently engaging with clusters in NCR on training and upgrading their life skills, not just sewing.
